WELCOME YOUR CHILD TO THE CHURCH

Children in Church

Seekers

EVERY SUNDAY

Our children are so important to our church family – we are blessed to have them.
On a Sunday morning, everyone starts the service together and the children are normally involved in the main service at the beginning. The children then join their Seekers’ groups. There is provision for children aged 3-11, with activities, craft, Bible stories and prayer to help our children to have fun and learn about Jesus’ amazing love for them. The children are really ‘going for God’ in a big way and have really let Jesus into their lives. We regularly encourage our children to be part of the morning worship service. We also have a creche for those under 3. It is a safe place to leave your child, enabling you to enjoy the rest of the service. QPBC is fully committed to safeguarding children, young people, and adults at risk, with an appropriate policy and procedure. All leaders and helpers have a DBS check and are given appropriate training. Please do come and find out more about our children’s work by speaking to us before or after our services on Sunday.

Ladies Circle

LADIES CIRCLE HAVE RESTARTED THEIR MEETINGS!

Ladies' Circle comes together fortnightly on Tuesdays, we have a meeting at the church, Room 7 at 10.00 am.
It is a fun meeting and a great time of fellowship and friendship. A varied programme is put together at the beginning of each term and includes theatre trips, talks, devotions and meals out. A minimal subscription is paid weekly and at the end of the year a gift is sent to an overseas missionary hospital.

Please contact the office at churchoffice@quintonparkbaptistchurch.org.uk if you would like to know more or want to join!

Book with flowers within

A promise from God is a statement we can depend on with absolute confidence. Here are 12 promises for the Christian to claim, during these difficult days.

God's presence -- "I will never leave you" (Heb. 13:5)

God's protection -- "I am your shield" (Gen. 15:1)

God's power -- "I will strengthen you" (Isa. 41:10)

God's provision -- "I will help you" (Isa. 41:10)

God's leading -- "And when He puts forth His own sheep, He goes before them" (John 10:4)

God's purposes -- "I know the thoughts that I think towards you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil" (Jer. 20:11)

God's rest -- "Come unto Me, all you that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest" (Matt. 11:28)

God's cleansing -- "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9)

God's goodness -- "No good thing will He withhold from them that work uprightly" (Psalm 84:11)

God's faithfulness -- "The Lord will not forsake His people for His great name's sake" (1 Sam. 12:22)

God's guidance -- "The meek will He guide" (Psalm 25:9)

God's wise plan -- "All things work together for good to them that love God" (Rom. 8:28)
